Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate management, or a related field. Prior experience in the education industry is required. Strong understanding of real estate activities, including property evaluations and negotiations. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proven experience in opening Schools. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently. Immediate Joiners Preferred Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel to various locations for site assessments and meetings.
