Sourcing Manager-Furniture Industry

As a Procurement Manager in our company, your role will involve finding new vendors for both imported and domestically sourced goods. You will be responsible for sourcing 2 to 3 vendors for each imported item, updating the information in Google Sheets, and securing vendors for major purchases from domestic suppliers offering a 45-day credit facility. Additionally, you will be tasked with finding buyers for non-moving products and managing PAN India purchases and team to make cost-effective decisions, ensuring cost savings every quarter. Key Responsibilities: - Find new vendors for all imported goods domestically and major purchases from domestic vendors - Manage PAN India purchases and team to provide cost-saving solutions - Maintain committed deliveries on time and adhere to provided timelines - Conduct 2 to 4 vendor visits every month, provide visit presentations, and update information in Google Sheets - Troubleshoot purchase-related problems with the team and provide necessary training - Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to find new products and provide relevant data - Respond to emails and queries promptly - Establish teamwork among employees Qualifications Required: - Strong technical knowledge in Furniture/Interiors - Minimum 2-4 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing company - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in purchase and process management - Familiarity with various suppliers in the furniture industry - 2-4 years of experience with any ERP system - Technical/Engineering degree - Proficiency in Excel and generating MIS reports - Teamwork and leadership qualities - Self-initiative and organizational skills - Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English languages Join our team and contribute to our company's success with your procurement expertise and leadership skills.,
