Sourcing Manager, Apparel

As the overseer of a department, you will be responsible for various essential functions including communication with retail teams, overseeing factory capability and capacity, conducting supplier assessments, developing relationships with suppliers, negotiating product and price, resolving pricing and factory issues, collaborating with business partners, and continuously developing product and market knowledge. Your role will also involve aligning order strategy with the Global Supply Management team, mentoring team members, planning factory visits, providing cost-saving opportunities, and leading sourcing initiatives/projects. Moreover, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in competencies such as culture champion, servant leadership, curiosity & courage, digital transformation & change, customer focus, strategic thinking, diversity, equity & inclusion, collaboration & influence, and talent management to effectively perform your responsibilities. In terms of qualifications, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related area, along with 5 years of experience in sourcing. Additionally, being bilingual in English and one or more languages used to transact business in the assigned country, as well as holding a Project Management certification, are essential requirements for this role. Preferred qualifications include having 7 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing.
