Role Overview: As a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving purchase requisitions and shopping carts in SAP SRM and other tools. Your role will involve creating and analyzing KPI reports, supporting and training end users on procurement processes, contributing to process improvement ideas, and collaborating with sourcing managers and suppliers to resolve pricing and quality issues. You will play a key part in helping the team achieve efficiency and innovation in procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve purchase requisitions and shopping carts in SAP SRM and other tools. - Create and analyze KPI reports to keep processes on track. - Support and train end users on procurement processes. - Contribute to process improvement ideas and share best practices. - Work with sourcing managers and suppliers to resolve pricing and quality issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or related operations (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome!). - Familiarity with S2P processes and tools like SAP SRM, ECC, VIM, or Ariba (a plus!). - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global virtual team. - Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude. - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global environment.
