Source to Contract Specialist

Role Overview: As a Source to Contract Specialist at LSEG, you will be part of the Group Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) team responsible for facilitating upstream source-to-contract processes using SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion platforms. Your main focus will be on contract management processes, collaborating with category managers to ensure efficient execution of procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide functional and technical support across Oracle and SAP Ariba, including processing contract requests and ensuring accurate uploads - Submit and validate contract metadata fields in a timely manner - Generate and analyze contract reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Support contract lifecycle management, including addendums, amendments, terminations, and closures - Collaborate with Category Managers and other partners to resolve complex contract issues - Assist in upstream applications and implementation of cloud procurement projects - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory procedures related to contract management - Manage service delivery for contract management activities, including analysis, metadata tagging, QA, and reporting - Support broader Group Procurement processes to enable the team to be best in class Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Sourcing management, Procurement process management or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, and auction management - Experience with contract management systems like Ariba and Oracle - Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI and automation tools is preferred - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Delivery-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently - Positive attitude, cooperative style, and strong teammate Additional Details: LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a commitment to driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
