Source to Contract Specialist

You will be working as a Specialist in the Group Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) team for LSEG. Your main responsibility will involve facilitating upstream source-to-contract processes using SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion platforms. This includes managing procurement activities such as contract management, sourcing, RFP management, and supporting reporting and compliance tasks. You will collaborate with the GP-CoE Manager to ensure efficient execution of these processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the processing of contract requests and ensure accurate and timely uploads to Oracle and SAP Ariba - Generate and analyze contract reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with Category Managers and other partners to resolve complex contract issues - Support upstream applications and cloud procurement projects including design, configuration, testing, and post-release support - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory procedures related to contract management - Contribute to activities that enhance Group Procurement's source-to-contract and third-party risk management approach - Manage service delivery to complete contract management activities, including contract analysis, metadata tagging, contract QA, and reporting - Support the wider Group Procurement team in defining Strategy & Performance processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Sourcing management, Procurement process management, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, and auction management - Experience in using contract management systems like Ariba and Oracle - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment About LSEG: LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a dedication to excellence and driving financial stability.
