Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
  • Explain and demonstrate Sony products (TVs, Audio systems, Cameras, PlayStation, Headphones, etc.).
  • Provide comparisons between models, highlight new launches and promotions.
  • Handle billing, POS operations, and payment processing.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product display and cleanliness of the showroom.
  • Update product knowledge regularly and attend product training sessions.
  • Record customer feedback and share it with the store manager.
  • Support after-sales service coordination (warranty, repairs, etc.).

  • Handle premium customers and promote high-value Sony products.
  • Demonstrate advanced features (e.g., Bravia XR, Alpha cameras, high-end audio systems).
  • Train new sales staff on product features and selling techniques.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and reordering popular models.
  • Support cross-selling (e.g., selling accessories with main products).
