Solutions Specialist-Retail Sales

You will be working as a Solution Specialist- Retail in an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the City Head. Your main responsibilities will include expanding the merchant network by acquiring quality merchants, engaging with merchants on a daily basis to understand their needs, crafting solutions based on product knowledge, prospecting potential merchants, closing deals, and ensuring compliance with company processes and policies. As a Solution Specialist, you will need to stay updated on market trends and competition to provide insights for product improvement. The preferred candidate for this role should have 2 to 6 years of experience in an Individual Contributor capacity, particularly in frontline sales roles in industries such as Fintech, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, IT and SAAS products, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, and Telecom. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, and Working Capital Loans is desirable but not mandatory. Overall, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and working in the field to acquire and onboard merchants while focusing on retail banking solutions.,
