Job Description

You will be responsible for managing large corporate accounts and channel partners in Southern India, particularly focusing on Microsoft as a line card. Your duties will include executing orders using SAP with the appropriate T-codes, ensuring a seamless order processing experience from initiation to closure. Acting as a liaison between partners and internal customers, you will be expected to facilitate smooth order execution by conducting thorough documentation checks. In this role, you will collaborate with partners to send quotations, working closely with the Business team and vendors to handle pricing and negotiations effectively. Following up on purchase orders with partners and quotes with vendors will be crucial to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will also be involved in developing and implementing order processing procedures that align with business objectives, driving process improvements successfully. Coordinating with the warehouse and partners, you will ensure the smooth delivery of products, including managing interstate shipments efficiently. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer and vendor databases using tools such as Q2O, CRM, BMC, SAP, and RMT will be part of your regular tasks.,
