Solutions Engineering Manager - Remote

Requirements

• 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles, 2+ years in leadership, preferably in solutions engineering or SaaS implementation.
• Strong technical background in JavaScript (ES6+), web development, and ecommerce platform integrations.
• Experience with platforms like Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or custom builds.
• Hands-on experience implementing tracking and analytics solutions for mid-market clients.
• Strong mentoring and team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with developers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 Solutions Engineers, providing guidance and performance management.
• Oversee implementations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize implementation processes and create scalable methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to define requirements and scope implementations.
• Track key performance metrics like success rates, satisfaction scores, and deployment timelines.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding Solutions Engineers.
• Provide product feedback based on customer interactions and implementation challenges.

Job Details

Mode: Remote

Work hours: 6:00 PM to 12 AM (non-negotiable), flexible during the day for async work.
