Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Engineer at Zuora, your main responsibility will be to secure and manage collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms. You will play a crucial role in maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration environments. Your expertise in system hardening, proactive threat detection, and implementation of advanced data protection protocols across various platforms will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the administration and configuration of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. - Manage related services and third-party integrations for seamless collaboration. - Ensure security best practices are implemented, including access control, data loss prevention (DLP), and encryption policies. - Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, and troubleshoot technical issues. - Provide user support and training to end-users and IT staff on effective use of collaboration tools. - Lead data migration projects between collaboration platforms and integrate them with other enterprise systems. - Continuously optimize Google Workspace usage to improve productivity and collaboration. - Develop and maintain detailed reports on collaboration tool usage, system performance, and license management. - Leverage automation tools to enforce security policies and optimize workflows. - Create Slack Apps and Zoom Apps, integrating them with internal/external apps using Client ID, Client Secret, Scopes, etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5-9 years of experience managing and administering collaboration platforms in an enterprise environment. - Expertise in Google Workspace, including administration, security, and third-party integrations. - Strong knowledge of configuration, data management, and enterprise security practices. - Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations. - Deep understanding of enterprise IT policies, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication abilities.
