Job Description

  • Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Windows.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for students.
  • Maintain and update student and training records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of training environments and materials
  • Communicate with students and trainers to ensure smooth coordination of training activities.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Experience: at least 3 years experience in a similar role
 
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
