Solutions Architect

As a BI Architect with 7-12 years of experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in an Architect role, your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end BI architecture solutions using Tableau and related tools. You will be responsible for defining and managing data architecture, data integration, and reporting frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency. Additionally, you will architect, optimize, and manage large-scale databases for performance, scalability, and security. Your collaboration with stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into scalable solutions will be crucial. Moreover, you will lead the adoption of best practices in BI design, data visualization, and governance, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers and analysts. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Integrating BI systems with enterprise applications and evaluating emerging BI technologies for enhancing analytics capabilities will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of overall BI experience, with at least 3-5 years in an Architect role. - Proven hands-on expertise in Tableau (Dashboard development, Server, Prep, Advanced Visualization). - Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse design, and ETL processes. - Expertise in working with large-scale, complex databases (SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar). - Proficiency in SQL and performance optimization of queries. - Experience in BI governance, metadata management, and security frameworks. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
