Solutions Analyst (Salesforce)

The Solutions Analyst will be a key member of our growing Enterprise Services team. You will act as the liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, recommend, communicate, and validate changes to business processes and systems. This role will allow you to perform a wide array of functions and provide you with exposure across all of our business segments.

About You - experience, education, skills, andaccomplishments

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience in the field of business analysis with minimum 3-5 years analysis
• Must have previous Salesforce system experience
• Knowledge of Sales and Order to Cash Processes, in particular a knowledge of subscriptions, renewals and Billing
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

It would be great if you also have:

• Project management skills and an understanding of workflow management, a plus
• Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and data architectures, a plus

What will you be doing in this role:

• Key functions involve identifying business requirements, performing data analysis and delivering impact assessments:

1. Develops and updates various types of project documentation: i.e., project charters, communication plans, project schedules, issue logs, etc
2. Documents and updates changes to workflow, training plans, policies and procedures, as directed
3. Complete requirements gathering
4. In-depth data analysis
5. Works collaboratively with functional leads to document and analyze business processes end to end

• Test coordination for system enhancements, large project initiatives and Mergers and Acquisitions:

1. Act as liaison between Business groups and Technology, building test plans and leading cross line of business testing
2. End-to-end system test coordination
3. Decompose documents to create test cases and scenarios for complex integrations including writing test documentation (test plans, expected results, status reports) and execute test cases
4. Create and maintain standard templates, documentation and tools for all testing processes

• Additional responsibilities include proactively identifying and managing production issues as well as developing policy and procedure documentation

1. Manage system enhancement service requests received for consideration
2. Request additional or missing information on submitted service requests
3. End to End ownership of enhancement request from request through implementation including postproduction activities

• Serves as a liaison between Operations and Technology to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation.
• Will provide support to multiple projects and Business as Usual work at any given time.It is critical to this position that the Solutions Analyst remains composed in a dynamic and frequently changing work environment.
• Effectively support the business with data conversion activities for Quote to Cash deployments, including acquisition integrations
