As a Solution Sales Executive, your role involves identifying client challenges and proposing personalized technical service plans to meet their specific needs. Your primary goal will be to understand the technical problems faced by clients, recommend suitable monthly/annual support plans, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their technical issues. - Propose and finalize monthly/annual support plans based on identified needs. - Meet and exceed KPIs related to revenue generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in technical or IT sales is essential. - Proficiency in active listening and adept at handling objections. - Demonstrated track record of successful sales closures in fast-paced sales environments.
