Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SAP Cloud ALM for Operations across hybrid SAP landscapes
Configure and maintain monitoring for business processes, integrations, user behavior, jobs, and system health
Analyze and resolve exceptions, alerts, and performance issues
Support automation of operational tasks and integration with third-party tools
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure operational stability and process continuity
Leverage embedded analytics for root cause analysis and continuous improvement
