Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Lead with 1 to 2 years of experience to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno-managerial expertise and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and support the team in implementing solutions and services as per customer/business requirements.
Provide periodic project status reports to customers, sponsors, users, and stakeholders.
Understand customer business and infrastructure associated with business services.
Support decision-making processes regarding operational contingency procedures.
Participate in developing unique IPs and building new services/solutions for market roll-out.
Conduct management review meetings to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure practices are sustained through effective governance and service delivery requirements are met.
Train end users, customers, and team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure within the scope.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in conducting training sessions for end users, customers, and team members.
