Solution Lead

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating with Tower architects and producing IT infrastructure proposals to the RFP/ RFI/RFQ/ RFS and proactive opportunities for Service desk, Workplace services, Datacenter, Network, Compute, storage, Database, IT Service Management, Tools, Collaboration etc.
• Understands the business requirements to articulate Infra solutions taking into considerations all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Delivers of compliant, professionally produced proposals for within customer defined timeframes
• Coordinates and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical architects, sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery teams
• Communicates and influence at a senior level and lead the solution presentation
• Performs the effort estimation, resource planning and estimation based on scope of work.
• Document template management in line with company branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree educated
• 9+ Years IT Infrastructure experience with least 3 years working experience at any capacity in Solution responses

Skills Needed

• Ability to understand Customer requirements and clearly articulate technical options to Bid / Solution teams
• Good teaming skills to prepare a multi divisional bids
