Solution Head (Home Solution)

As a Solutions Head at our Gurgaon location, you will be entrusted with overseeing our Building Material Product Solutions division. Your role will involve leading a team responsible for various services such as Kitchen & Wardrobe Installation, Tiling, Painting, Electricity & Lighting, and Home Security Solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer experiences, uphold quality standards, and adhere to project timelines for both commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the team, developing strategies to achieve business objectives, owning the project lifecycle, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, providing expert guidance based on your experience, implementing best practices for project optimization, overseeing vendor selection, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, fostering a customer-centric culture, conducting performance reviews, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. You must have a proven track record of 12 to 15 years in managing commercial and residential projects related to building materials. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, results-driven mindset, knowledge of regulations and safety standards, and willingness to travel as needed are essential requirements.
