Roles & Responsibilities The Job roles are broadly classified into 4 major categories Product Implementation & Support Solution Design & Integrations Customer Success & User Adoption Presentation Skills & Delivery Sensitivity Implementation & Support Assist customers in the deployment and configuration of our products, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after the implementation phase. Conduct training sessions for customers to help them fully utilize our products. Solution Design & Integrations Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions using our products. Work with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development. Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration plans. Customer Success & User Adoption Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide proactive support to ensure ongoing success with our products. Collaborate with customer success and support teams to address any technical issues or concerns. Active Listening, Adapting to change, Customer-First mindset. Look for Upsell, Expansion & Opportunities. Presentation Skills & Delivery Sensitivity Problem Solving, Time Management, Effective Prioritization, Customer Relationship Management. Presenting progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation. Effective Stakeholders & Management Communication. Skills & Experience Desired Technologies At least 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure APM, Observability or Monitoring tools Basic-Network, DB, Transactions Application-JMX, Instrumentation ELK Stack, Big Data Concepts Scripting - Python, Bash Basic-Docker, Kubernetes Cloud Concepts [AWS,GCP,Azure] Preferred Technologies Any Cloud/Linux Certifications Ansible, Terraform or Any Automation tools Containerization - Docker, K8s NoSQL Databases HyperScale DB, ClickHouse DB Creating/optimizing DB Queries Performance finetuning.
