Job Description

As an Onboarding & Delivery Specialist, your role involves designing and developing best practice configurations and solutions to meet the technical requirements of a customer's program or deployment. You will be responsible for setting up, developing, configuring, and testing all technical assets according to the scope and timelines of the customer's project plan and program requirements, including LE Tag and taglet code development. Collaborating with LivePerson product and R&D groups, you will create feature extensions for our brands. Identifying applicable use cases and business needs, you will deploy LivePerson capabilities into the customer's account successfully. Drawing on your extensive technical product expertise, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on LivePerson technical solutions and offerings. As part of Technical Program & Performance Management, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on applying LivePerson technical solutions to meet business needs. Managing customer technical assets such as APIs, integrations, widgets, and code, you will continuously expand and introduce new technical solutions to enhance customer value and drive adoption. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial, based on survey feedback and attrition indicators. Your role involves increasing reference ability and fostering customer connections with LivePerson. Supporting strategic initiatives with technical and solutions leadership, you will drive activities that transform businesses. By delivering best practices, you will optimize program efficiency through the use of technical solutions and share lessons learned. For success in this role, you should have a BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience. You must possess over 3 years of experience managing SAAS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations. Demonstrated technical leadership, deployment skills, and a proficient understanding of LivePerson's Products & Services are essential. Experience in developing with APIs & SDKs, along with at least 3 years of development experience in JavaScript (Angular, Node), CSS, and HTML, is required. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of Mobile Development experience (iOS, Android). Outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship building abilities, and a track record of success in your career are important for this role. You should be well-spoken, articulate, and proficient in business and technical writing & presentations. Willingness to travel to regional client sites for activities such as discovery & account reviews, implementation support, testing support, and troubleshooting technical issues is expected.
