Solution Engineer, Collaboration

As a member of the Solutions Engineering Team at Cisco, you will be part of a high-impact team that navigates the technological landscape to craft solutions addressing real-world business needs. You will collaborate with highly qualified engineers, staying up-to-date with the latest technology innovations and working with various internal and external teams to deliver solutions for customers. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Collaborating with the Account Executive team to develop a sales plan - Gaining a deep understanding of Teamwork solutions and technology products - Training both internal and external teams - Identifying customer needs and staying informed about competitors - Working on RFPs Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of customer-facing experience as a Presales Solutions Engineer, preferably in collaboration technologies - Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate concepts, solutions, and technologies using industry terminology - Experience working with partners is advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office tools, whiteboarding, and communication technologies - Positive demeanor, dedication to teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines - Experience with RFPs and tender documents Preferred Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering from an accredited Engineering college/University - CCNA/CCIE or equivalent certification Cisco believes in the power of connection, celebrating the diverse skills and backgrounds of its employees.
