Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Solutions Engineering Team at Cisco, a high-impact team that navigates the technological landscape to craft solutions addressing real-world business needs. Working alongside a team of highly qualified engineers, both internal and external, you will deliver solutions for customers. While technology is key, your positive demeanor and teamwork will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop a sales plan. - Gain in-depth understanding of Teamwork solutions and technology products. - Train internal teams (Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, top management) and external teams (partners and customers); represent Cisco at events. - Identify customer needs and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions. - Stay informed about competitors, work on RFPs, and understand legal obligations. Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of customer-facing experience as a Presales Solutions Engineer, preferably in collaboration technologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in Unified Communications, Webex, and UCaaS IP Telephony. - Experience working with partners is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, whiteboarding, and communication technologies. - Positive demeanor, dedication to teamwork, ability to meet deadlines, experience with RFPs.
