Job Description

As a Solution Enablement Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Europe FS Solution Innovation team focusing on Financial/Capital Markets. Your role will require a specialization or functional expertise in Derivatives, Forex/Money Markets, Wealth Management, or Asset Management. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and owning complex, multi-tower solutions for compelling proposals in the BPO space - Engaging effectively with consulting and technology teams to leverage industry best practices - Setting the direction of each opportunity pursuit by developing the solution strategy in consultation with the Sales lead - Articulating solutions clearly and concisely to align with client objectives and buyer values What we are looking for in a candidate: - 10 years of experience as a BPO solution architect in the Capital/Financial Markets Industry - Experience in key European markets like France, Netherlands, UK, and Italy - Proven success in opportunity pursuits and client relationship management - Ability to write concise executive summaries or elaborate RFX responses - Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and maintain high-quality standards - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Capability to manage multiple opportunity pursuits and client engagements concurrently Essential Personal Skills and Competences: - Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership - Flexible working style with a hands-on approach and deadline-focused mindset - Strong organizational skills, disciplined work ethic, and attention to detail - Excellent presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders - Leadership abilities in a virtual team environment, innovation, and creativity - Customer/client-focused with resilience in adverse circumstances Roles and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Accenture's BPO organization architects to plan and architect delivery architecture and capabilities for a coherent solution - Manage relationships with customers and partners across internal and external organizations - Be accountable for the costs associated with proposed solutions and capture them within a cost model - Lead internal Solution and Delivery approval processes, ensuring stakeholder management activities are completed before formal approval gates - Sponsor/lead initiatives for developing new innovative capabilities within Accenture's SI and BPO organization Qualifications required: - Master of Business Administration For more information about Accenture, visit www.accenture.com.,
