The Solution Consultant - Travel (Senior Manager) role entails providing strategic guidance and technical expertise in travel solutions. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their travel management needs, designing and implementing customized travel solutions, leading consulting projects, collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on industry trends, driving business growth, and providing training and support to clients on implemented solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to comprehend their travel management needs and challenges. - Design and implement customized travel solutions for operational optimization. - Lead consulting projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. - Identify opportunities for travel solution improvements to drive business growth. - Provide training and support to clients on the implemented solutions. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in travel consulting, corporate travel management, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience with travel management software and digital transformation in the travel sector. Preferred Skills: - Project management experience in travel solutions. - Expertise in automation and AI-driven travel management tools. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
