Solution Consultant, Supply Chain Consulting

As a Solution Consultant at Genpact, you will be providing expert guidance to clients on the implementation and utilization of Rapid Response to achieve sustained value. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with the client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements. - Collaborating with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs. - Configuring Rapid Response according to the functionality of the customer's source systems. - Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results. - Integrating and customizing RapidResponse to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements. - Providing high levels of customer service. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience. - Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning such as operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization. - Developing the RapidResponse resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide the functionality. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred. - Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies. - Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations. - Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications are a plus. - Experience in software implementation or functional enablement is a plus. - Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets are a plus. - Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment. - An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus. - Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed.
