We are currently looking for a Manager - Senior Solution Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Consulting. As a Senior Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to offer expert guidance to clients on the optimal implementation and utilization of Rapid Response to achieve sustainable value. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to generate ideas and grasp business requirements effectively. - Collaborate with the project team to devise solutions and project plans that align with client needs. - Configure Rapid Response in accordance with the functionalities of the clients" source systems. - Resolve intricate data and analytic configurations to ensure the solution delivers the expected outcomes. - Customize and integrate Rapid Response to meet customer-specific processes and business demands. - Deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Qualifications Desired: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - Possession of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent relevant work experience. - Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management or profound functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning such as operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization. - Ability to develop Rapid Response resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to enhance functionality. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Proven experience in leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience is advantageous. - Familiarity with leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies. - Proficiency in supply chain systems, processes, data, and business operations. - Possession of postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications is an added advantage. - Experience in software implementation or functional enablement is beneficial. - Strong analytical skills with the capability to work with large datasets. - Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and adept communication abilities both verbally and in writing. - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding a strong client focus. - Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn autonomously.,
