We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, andhardworking Solution Architect with deep expertise in UiPath tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, with theability to understand and translate business and operational needs intoeffective solutions. This role demands a candidate who is not just reactivebut can anticipate challenges, propose innovative solutions, and ensure theoptimal implementation of automation solutions that enhance businessefficiency.

The Solution Architect will work closely withstakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements,architect robust automation solutions, and collaborate across teams to drivesuccessful UiPath-based implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Oversight: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of UiPath RPA solutions. Ensure that the final automation solution is of high quality and meets the business objectives.
Solution Design Architecture: Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring they align with business needs and operational requirements.
Client Interaction Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand business processes, operational challenges, and automation opportunities.
Training Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to junior team members and end-users to ensure the effective use of automation solutions
Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and provide insights on how automation can drive efficiency, streamline operations, and improve productivity.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, propose alternative solutions, and continuously improve the automation framework to address business needs.
Collaboration Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with UiPath updates, industry trends, and best practices to propose and implement continuous improvements in automation solutions.

Required Skills Qualifications:

UiPath Expertise: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath .
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying automation opportunities and solving complex business challenges.
Proactive Self-Driven: Must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess a proactive approach to both individual and team tasks.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and provide leadership as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath Certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (or equivalent certification) is highly preferred.
Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable. Required Skills

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA solution architecture and development, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Technical Expertise : Proficient in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of database technologies, API integrations, and enterprise systems.
Team Management : Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of RPA developers. Ability to build and nurture high-performance teams.
Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
