Strong knowledge of Loyalty Program Design Customer Data Platforms CDP and airlineretail ecosystems

Deep understanding of customer engagement analytics personalization engines and API ecosystems

Strong stakeholder management across business IT and marketing

Ability to innovate at the intersection of business capabilities and digital technologies

Technical Skill

Strong command of web technologies Reactjs Nodejs

Hands on experience with Python with AIML and advanced analytics

Backend proficiency in Python and microservices architecture

Strong database knowledge SQL PostgreSQL SQL Server NoSQL MongoDB Cosmos DB

Expertise in integration and API design REST GraphQL messaging Kafka RabbitMQ and integration patterns

Integrate loyalty programs with airline retail ecommerce marketplaces and partner ecosystems

Enable datadriven loyalty leveraging customer 360 AIML and advanced analytics

Recommendation engines for crosssell upsell and nextbestaction in loyalty journeys

Architect seamless integrations between Loyalty Program CDP Customer Data Platform CRM eCommerce and airline platforms

Develop architecture patterns for personalized offers rewards and engagement journeys

Drive innovation to increase customer engagement retention and monetization opportunities

Support omnichannel loyalty experiences including mobile apps web airport services and partner marketplaces

Ensure loyalty program strategy directly supports customer experience revenue optimization and ecosystem growth

Define KPIs for architecture success eg loyalty adoption partner growth NPS impact
