You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to craft solutions that are robust, future-ready, and impactful.

What You’ll Do

Engineering Excellence

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technology choices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Product Alignment

• Translate product vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate trade-offs between speed, scalability, and sustainability.
• Ensure technology choices directly contribute to product success.

Business Impact

• Partner with business teams to align solutions with growth objectives.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations for technology decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering (Node.js, React.js, Python) / architecture with proven experience in solution design.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in microservice /cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, databases, and security best practices.
• Product Mindset: Ability to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and product/business value.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
