Solution Architect / Team Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solution development, architecture, and management processes from concept ideation through development, launch, and maintenance. Your role will involve interfacing with development, account, and executive management to develop and grow the portfolio of solutions and offerings, increasing company productivity and profits. Additionally, you will promote the use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community and provide support to sales/proposal teams during the launch phase of the life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in solution selling activities to ensure marketing plans align with sales and launch plans - Provide leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development process to bridge the gap between business problems faced by clients and benefits available from company solutions and services - Translate customer requirements into operational strategies associated with each solution and offering - Research existing business environments, trends, best practices, and company preferred architectural frameworks to suggest appropriate upgrades or relevant solutions - Interface and participate in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive managements - Facilitate reduced risks to clients and the company; manage solution profits and losses; monitor solution financial performance against plan - Identify business requirements and evaluate concepts to ensure delivered solutions meet short and long-term company and client business performance expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field preferred - Experience working with company products and services, business processes, and re-engineering - Experience working with business environment, business industry, and competitor products and services - Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, product-line hardware and software - Experience working with office productivity tools, delivery assurance, and industry standards on deliverables - Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
