Role: Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) - Integrated security surveillance solutions Certifications on leading products/solutions in Surveillance, Incidence management, Video Management Solutions. CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Access control are a must. OEM relationships and thorough knowledge of product/platform stacks of leading makes/brands is manadatory. Certified & proficient on MS office, Google & AutoCad Location - Gurgaon Customer facing Time 60 % Qualifications - B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer science Who are you - You are managing designing of Integrated Central Command & Control solutions for a tier 1 solutions provider of VMS/C&C/Incidence mgt. systems/solutions/product Company. Have min. 10-12 years of diverse experience of leading solutions pre-sales of a integrated security surveillance solutions targeting large distributed facilities, most of which should be including at-least 4-5 electronic security products integrated to SOC/C&C center. Should be able to demonstrate successful execution and customer ROI of these solutions. Your career span should include experience of design, estimation and execution of all leading makes of Surveillance, Detection & response products/solutions with a strong connection with these OEM/suppliers. Should have experience in drafting end to end security requirements for new projects for your employer and in leading RFP bids and negotiations on the security product/technology front. Tasks including but not limited to: Customer connect - Conducting complete requirement gathering and identifying security integration flows for value additions. Leading Site surveys to capture relevant details/ information from site for appropriate design and estimation. Responsible for correct product selection & integrated solution designing. Estimates and optimization Preparing complex bids technically & commercially to maximize short & long term objectives Liaising with business associates or vendors, management, IT professionals and end users Interacting with OEM and formalizing agreements and conducting training for the team. Introducing new product(s) and conducting product Inductions Responsible for pricing management (including tracking prices received from vendors) Creating, strengthening and maintaining customer relationships Working with project teams for proper execution, delivery and final handing over of the systems Managing a team of design & presales to provide best solutions to customer Conducting cost benefit analysis & develop business models based on current and future trends Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects. Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between the estimating team. Monitor and ensure the bid format meets client’s standards. Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents. Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes. Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments. Coordinate with subcontractors to receive input on pricing on labor, materials and other costs. Participate pre and post bid meetings as required. Log proposals and tenders into a database for cost tracking and historical information. Perform as liaison for Project Management when contract is awarded and becomes a job. Market company’s services to existing and potential clients. To conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted To closely monitor the results of the contracts and track/publish progress
