Solution Architect SaaS Integrations

As a Solution Architect at Saasgenie, your role will involve designing custom integrations for SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday/BambooHR, NetSuite, ERP, CRM, and Finance tools. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure integration architectures, aligning enterprise IT processes, and implementing robust authentication mechanisms like SSO and SAML. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across multiple systems. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to understand business requirements and design bespoke integration solutions following enterprise architecture standards. - Architect and oversee custom integrations for various SaaS platforms and legacy systems, focusing on maintaining data integrity and ensuring interoperability. - Lead the design and implementation of authentication and security frameworks like SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise identity management. - Drive data migration planning and execution, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout transitions between systems. - Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex integration issues, coordinating with teams to resolve blockers promptly. - Develop and maintain detailed technical architecture documents, integration diagrams, and runbooks for solution maintenance and future upgrades. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role focused on SaaS products and enterprise integrations. - Expertise in designing and building integrations for platforms such as Salesforce, Workday/BambooHR, NetSuite, and ERP/CRM/Finance systems. - Strong technical knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and related enterprise authentication and authorization protocols. - Experience leading data migration efforts with a solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques. - Deep understanding of enterprise IT processes, architecture frameworks, and security best practices. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders effectively. - Hands-on experience with API design, data integration patterns, message queues, ETL tools, and cloud-based middleware is a plus.
