Experience Required

Must have 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, working as a Technology Solution Lead / Solution Architect.

Strong, deep-level expertise in designing, building, and deploying integrations & custom solutions in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Hands-on experience with:

OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
DevOps pipelines
OIC Integrations & SaaS-to-SaaS / SaaS-to-Third-Party Integration models
Should be capable of bridging gaps between Integration, Data, and Security teams, providing complete RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) technical architecture & governance.
Ability to define end-to-end technical architecture, integration patterns, deployment models, and reusable frameworks.
Must have previously worked in a large-scale, hybrid delivery model (onsite + offshore).
Mandatory: Oracle OIC / Oracle Cloud Certification.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide the team, review technical designs, and ensure solution quality.
Ability to work with stakeholders, create solution documents, and align technical designs with business requirements.
Ready for onsite travel to Doha, Qatar based on project needs.
