Solution Architect

Job Description

Solution Design: Design comprehensive, end-to-end solution architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms using the designated technology stack. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions. Agile POD-Based Execution: Work collaboratively within agile PODs consisting of Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams. Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure accountability within the POD. Support the definition and continuous refinement of POD stages to align with evolving business goals and priorities. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to capture and validate technical requirements. Lead technical discussions, both internally and with external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity. Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on architectural best practices, focusing on system integration, APIs, and microservices. Ensure that all solutions adhere to non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security. Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, system workflows, and design artifacts. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to guide implementation and long-term strategy. Mentorship: Offer mentorship to engineering teams throughout development and deployment cycles. Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve overall code quality and system performance. Innovation & Optimization: Continuously evaluate existing solutions and identify opportunities for technical improvement. Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend new tools, frameworks, and practices that enhance system capabilities and performance.
