Solution Architect

You are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to take charge of designing and implementing a utility-grade Maintenance Management System (MMS) that will be integrated with GIS, AMI, SCADA, and ERP systems. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the project, from Functional Requirements Document (FRD) to Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) to User Experience (UX) design to Backlog management to Sprint planning, ensuring that all releases are secure, scalable, and high-performing. Your key responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops to finalize functional requirements, designing robust data models, driving UX wireframes and user stories, managing Agile delivery processes such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, and ensuring seamless integration with various systems including GIS, AMI, MDM, SCADA, and ERP. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold high standards of data governance, performance, and security throughout the project. To excel in this role, you must possess 12-18 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a Solution/Domain Architect in areas such as MMS, EAM, Field Service, or OMS. You should have strong expertise in ERD design, SQL Server, and .NET microservices architecture, as well as hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems. A proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects as a Solution Architect is essential, along with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputable institution. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and GitHub, as well as knowledge of data dictionaries, acceptance criteria writing, and data quality metrics, will be beneficial. An MBA or equivalent business qualification is optional but preferred. Moreover, you are required to have scored above 80% in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th grades, with a good CGPA in your B.Tech degree program.
