Solution Architect

Job Description

Were looking for a Solution Architect to lead the technical aspects of pre-sales, solutioning, and project delivery. Youll ensure project success, drive technical solutions, and engage with customers to meet their expectations. What Youll Do: Deliver pre-sales technical presentations and assist with RFP responses. Work with engineering teams to design and implement scalable telecom solutions. Own project execution, managing UAT, production releases, and change management. Act as the key interface between customers and LotusFlares teams. Troubleshoot technical issues and create best practice documentation. What We Look For: 5+ years in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Solution Architecture. 3-5 years in software development lifecycle (engineering or architecture). 5+ years in telecommunications, with expertise in IT and Core (OCS/PS/CS). Strong knowledge of API design, cloud infrastructure, and client-server interactions. Experience delivering products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
