Solution Architect - Java / J2EE

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing effective and optimized IT solutions that cater to customer needs and constraints. Your role includes ensuring the robustness of designs across various parameters such as performance, security, usability, and scalability. You should possess a strong spirit of innovation, be a self-starter, and have the ability to devise solutions for complex problems. Proactively developing reusable frameworks and assets to enhance the competitive advantage of the solution is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer enterprise systems landscape, its dependencies, organizational goals, and technologies. Analyzing current processes and practices to suggest and drive improvements will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial for achieving objectives, and you must continuously engage with them. Your role also involves analyzing industry standard products and technologies to make suitable recommendations, often through proofs of concept or demonstrations. As a subject matter expert, you will respond to sales leads, bid requests, and new opportunities from customers. Presenting designs, solutions, and applications to customers and influencing them to win bids and opportunities are essential parts of this role. Sharing experiences, knowledge, and best practices within the organization is also expected from you.
