Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Solution Architect with 12-20 years of relevant experience to join our team in PAN India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing SAP HANA Implementation Projects and exposure to the SAP program lifecycle in a global environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement SAP solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and implementation plans.
Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA configurations and troubleshooting.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve solution architecture.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Solution Architecture, with a focus on SAP HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA configurations, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security.
Experience working in a global environment, with exposure to major change programs and cultural differences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
