Job Description

Location - Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

Lead Solution Architecture
Assess current software systems and integrate into systems architecture as per requirement
Manage activities through solution ideation, design and implementation. Resolve technical problems as they arise
Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various stakeholders

Key Skills:

Led teams as Engineering lead/Architecture lead at startups/large organizations. E-Commerce/consumer tech/financial services background is a plus
In depth understanding of Application development and knowledge of popular technologies: Java, Cloud
Extensive experience in building cloud-native applications (AWS / GCP) and cloud infrastructure and its services
Background in agile software development, architecture, and/or development management is expected
Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
Analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
