10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 2+ years in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud

Performed role of Technical / Solution Architect for at least 2 years

Worked with Telco Client

Technical expertise LWC, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, Visual Force

Able to propose optimal solution and review

Ensure Solution are scalable, Maintainable and adhere to Salesforce Best Practices, leveraging Standard SF functionality

Experience on Marketing Cloud, Communications Cloud (Vlocity) & Mulesoft will be added advantage

Worked on Proposals, RFP

Well versed with Agile
