Solution Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect who can design optimized, scalable, and technically sound solutions for client projects. This role requires strong analytical abilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to choose the most efficient approach — whether custom Python development, no-code automation (n8n, Zapier, Make), or AI-powered workflows such as RAG systems, chatbots, and voice bots.

The Solution Architect will work closely with clients, Business Analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements and convert them into detailed, actionable architecture and documentation for the development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients and Business Analysts to understand business objectives, workflows, and technical constraints.
• Conduct discovery and feasibility assessments.
• Evaluate solutions using:
• Python/Django/FastAPI
• No-code/low-code automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• AI/LLM-based systems (RAG, Embeddings, LLMs, Chatbots, Voice Bots)
• Third-party services and APIs
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, development time, and complexity without compromising scalability.

2. Optimized Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end architecture considering scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Choose the most optimal approach (no-code vs. full-code) based on:
• Delivery timeline
• Budget
• Future scalability
• Integration complexity
• Performance needs
• Client’s technical maturity
• Combine no-code + Python solutions where a hybrid architecture is most efficient.
• Architect RAG solutions including data ingestion, embeddings, vector DB, retrieval workflows, and LLM orchestration.
• Architect Chatbots, Voice Bots, WhatsApp Bots, and AI Automations using OpenAI, LangChain, Twilio, and similar tools.
• Define all integrations, backend flows, frontend connections, and cloud architecture.
• Prepare HLD, LLD, workflow diagrams, API contracts, and data flow documentation.

3. Documentation & Technical Blueprints

Produce complete implementation-ready documentation, including:

• Solution Design Document (SDD)
• High-level architecture (HLA) & Low-level architecture (LLA)
• AI Architecture Blueprint (RAG, Chatbot, Voice Bot flows)
• API contracts & integration specifications
• Database schema & ERD
• No-code workflow diagrams (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Deployment, CI/CD, and security architecture
• User stories & technical acceptance criteria (with BA)

4. Technical Governance & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership to developers and guide implementation.
• Resolve architectural queries during development.
• Review progress to ensure adherence to architecture.
• Support QA with technical validations and AI flow testing.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk identification.

5. Technology Leadership

• Stay updated on new tools, no-code automations, cloud services, and frameworks.
• Introduce the best possible solutions (not necessarily the most complex).
• Maintain expertise in:
• Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI
• React, Tailwind, Next.js
• Cloud (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure optional)
• n8n, Zapier, Make, AppSheet
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate
• DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Nginx
• Define architectural standards, reusable patterns, and best practices across projects.

6. Risk Management & Quality Assurance

• Identify architectural risks early and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure RAG, chatbot, and automation solutions are secure, optimized, and cost-efficient.
• Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning.
• Ensure technical quality, scalability, and maintainability across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in system architecture and full-stack solution design.
• Proven experience building:
• RAG-based AI systems
• Chatbots (Web, WhatsApp, CRM-integrated)
• Voice Bots (Twilio, ElevenLabs, or similar)
• Strong hands-on background in Python (Django/DRF/FastAPI).
• Good understanding of frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind).
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Nginx, and cloud architecture.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Capability to translate vague business requirements into detailed technical solutions.
• Ability to balance speed, cost, and long-term scalability in architecture decisions.
• Ability to lead teams and influence technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based systems is a strong asset.
• Prior experience in IT services or client-facing solution roles preferred.
