Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting innovative solutions and driving business growth through data. You will leverage your deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence to develop compelling proposals and provide architectural guidance. You will also be heavily involved in the GTM process, utilizing your RFx (RFP, RFI, etc.) experience to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive solution proposals detailing project scope, approach, deliverables, estimations, and timelines for Data & Analytics projects.
Provide architectural leadership and guidance to sales, project, and analytics teams.
Identify risks, assumptions, and develop pricing estimates for Data & Analytics solutions.
Oversee solution development for proposal teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
Actively participate in GTM/RFx (RFP, RFI, etc.) activities, contributing to the development of winning proposals.
Provide hands-on architectural expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, BI, and AI solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience in Data & Analytics is a MUST.
This includes experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Visualization, Reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI).
Must have exposure to GTM/RFx [RFP, RFI etc] activities.
Demonstrated success in contributing to or leading the response to RFPs and RFIs.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Data, Analytics, and AI for business transformations.
Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI concepts, tools, and best practices.
Experience building enterprise data warehouse and data lake architectures using commercial and/or open-source data engineering and data analytics technologies.
Data modeling and architecting skills, including a strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalization, and dimensional data modeling such as OLAP or data vault.
Ability to estimate complexity, effort, and cost accurately.

Good to Have:

Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud solutions (Microsoft Fabrics, Synapse, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Informatica, Talend, etc.) and experience integrating them into traditional hosting/delivery models.
Good knowledge in DevOps engineering using Continuous Integration/ Delivery tools
