Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  end-to-end architecture and design

  of enterprise solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop and implement

  modernization strategies

  for legacy applications, including mainframe dependency elimination.
• Design, document, and oversee solutions leveraging

  AWS services

  such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, DocumentDB, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to

  define system requirements

  and create solution blueprints.
• Drive

  cloud migration initiatives

  , including lift-and-shift, containerization, and refactoring approaches.
• Ensure

  architecture scalability, performance, and cost optimization

  across all solutions.
• Design

  High Availability (HA)

  ,

  Disaster Recovery (DR)

  , and

  replication

  strategies for mission-critical systems.
• Provide

  technical leadership and mentorship

  to development and DevOps teams.
• Integrate

  microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures

  into existing or new systems.
• Maintain alignment with

  security, compliance, and governance standards

  .
• Communicate architectural decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of experience in IT with a strong background in

  software architecture and solution design

  .
• Proven expertise in

  ASP.NET Framework applications

  ,

  Windows Services

  , and

  modernization strategies

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  AWS Cloud Services

  ECS, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, DocumentDB, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM.
• Hands-on experience in

  cloud migration projects

  (lift-and-shift, containerization, refactoring).
• Strong understanding of

  databases

  (SQL Server, MySQL, DocumentDB/MongoDB) and

  data migration strategies

• Knowledge of

  mainframe integration

  and

  dependency elimination strategies

  .
• Familiarity with

  microservices

  ,

  serverless computing

  , and

  event-driven architectures

  .
• Experience designing

  Disaster Recovery (DR)

  and

  High Availability (HA)

  strategies.
• Strong ability to balance

  in architecture decisions.
