Job Description: Solution Architect – Automation Anywhere & Microsoft Power Platform
Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere RPA and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in delivering scalable automation solutions across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture:

Architect end-to-end automation solutions integrating RPA and Power Platform components.
Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for automation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Development & Implementation:

Lead development efforts using Automation Anywhere bots and Power Platform tools.
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, etc.).
Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Project Leadership:

Guide cross-functional teams through the automation lifecycle – from discovery to deployment.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and analysts.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Quality Assurance & Support:

Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation of automation solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot production bots and flows.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 6–8 years in IT with at least 3–4 years in automation and solution architecture.
Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360 (bot creation, control room, IQ bots).
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
Power Automate (cloud flows)
Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps)
Power Pages
Dataverse and connectors
Knowledge of API integration, Cloud, and SQL.

Certifications (Preferred):

Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.

Nice to Have

Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation workflows.
