Solution Architect - Automation Anywhere & Power Platform

As a Solution Architect specializing in Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions across enterprise environments. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design & Architecture: - Architect end-to-end automation solutions integrating RPA and Power Platform components. - Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for automation projects. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Development & Implementation: - Lead development efforts using Automation Anywhere bots and Power Platform tools. - Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, etc.). - Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Project Leadership: - Guide cross-functional teams through the automation lifecycle from discovery to deployment. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and analysts. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. - Quality Assurance & Support: - Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation of automation solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot production bots and flows. - Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies. As a qualified candidate, you should possess: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 6-8 years in IT with at least 3-4 years in automation and solution architecture. - Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360 (bot creation, control room, IQ bots). - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, and connectors. - Knowledge of API integration, Cloud, and SQL. Certifications Preferred: - Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Soft Skills Required: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.
