Job Title: Solution Architect / Application Architect

Experience Required: Minimum 15 to 18 years of architecting experience in enterprise-scale or large e-Governance / Government sector IT projects.

Qualification: M.Sc (IT) / MCA / B.Tech / B.E from a reputed institute.

Location: Noida / Patna

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Architect and oversee design, development, and integration of a Government digital experience platform using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Define scalable application architectures, coding standards, development frameworks, and lifecycle practices.
• Develop technical blueprints, integration patterns, and system interface specifications.
• Govern selection of technology platforms, middleware, cloud services, tools, and development frameworks.

Java Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on architecture experience with: Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, API development, REST/SOAP, Hibernate/JPA, ORM frameworks, Kafka/RabbitMQ, API Gateway patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), Maven/Gradle, RDBMS/NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Keycloak/OAuth2/SSO & Identity Management

Government/e-Governance Experience

• Architected large-scale e-Governance systems with high transaction volume and citizen-facing services.
• Knowledge of Government standards & frameworks

Security, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure secure coding practices, regulatory compliance, and adherence to State/National IT guidelines.
• Identify technical risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure audit readiness.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Government bodies for smooth delivery.
• Guide development teams on architecture adoption and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization strategies.
• Optimize APIs, microservices, and application components for performance and reliability.

• Comprehensive Solution Blueprint and Technical Strategy documentation.
• Integration architecture, data models, and data flow diagrams.
• Risk assessment and mitigation reports.
