Job Description

Lead LTE/5G/mMIMO radio network optimization using Huawei tools and platforms like PRS/U2020,SmartCares.
Analyze network KPIs, counters, and drive test data to identify and resolve performance issues.
Design and implement network strategies to improve coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
Collaborate with planning and operations teams to align optimization efforts with business goals.
Provide technical leadership in solution design, integration, and validation for Huawei RAN.
Support trials and deployment of new Huawei features and software upgrades.
Interface with Huawei technical support and R&D teams for issue resolution and feature enhancement.
Prepare and present technical reports, strategy documents, and performance dashboards.
Contribute to the development of automation tools and AI/ML-based optimization frameworks.
