Solution Analyst SAP CO

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP CO solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing
• Provide functional expertise in SAP CO integration with other SAP modules (such as FI, MM, SD, and PP)
• Design and implement solutions for allocations of overheads, time-writing, and billing of recharges
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP CO processes, configurations, and customizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CO solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support for SAP CO modules
• Conduct user training and create training materials for SAP CO functionality
• Stay updated on SAP CO best practices and new features to continually improve processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with systems and process design
• Deep knowledge and significant experience of SAP CO functionality
• SAP Solution design experience relating to allocations of overheads, time-writing, and billing of recharges
• Strong understanding of business processes related to controlling, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in CO module
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Knowledge of SAP FIORI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP BAPIs
• Project management experience
