The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for mechanical components and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for designing efficient, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks. Create 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation for manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality to ensure design feasibility. Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal specifications. Revise existing designs to improve performance, cost-efficiency, or manufacturability. Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment. Proficiency in SolidWorks (Modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, Weldments, drawings). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
